You will
- Hold the proposal against what is actually being built.
- Keep one channel so the client is not chasing three people.
- Call a variation when the work is new, not hide it in a chat.
You have
- Led software delivery, not only status meetings.
- The nerve to say no to a module that would break the first close.
- Respect for operators who will run the system after you leave the room.
