Point of sale
Softstation71 POS is for retail, wholesale, and service counters. Checkout, receipts, and stock movement stay on one ledger — not a standalone box that nights cannot reconcile.
A sale that never reaches stock or accounts is not a finished sale. Softstation71 POS posts the ticket, the payment, and the stock movement together.
Cashiers get a fast screen. Managers get a close they can trust. Multi-outlet sync is designed so a night audit does not fail silently. We install on the floor you already run, train the people who stand there, and stay after the first busy weekend.
If you also sell online, the same stock figure can feed Softstation71 commerce. We do not invent a second inventory.
Shops, wholesalers, and service desks that need a reliable counter. Also teams replacing a till that never talked to accounts.
How we build
Everything you need to know about our products and services. Can't find the answer you're looking for? Our team is here to help.
Tell us how the work runs today. We will say what we can ship, what it will take, and who owns delivery.
On the floor
Speed at the counter. A close in the office.
Line items, tenders, and a receipt the customer can take.
Each sale reduces the quantity the warehouse and the office see.
Several counters, one set of books, when the business needs it.
Who can discount, who can void, who can open the drawer.
A shift close that matches cash and card, not a guess.
What sold, where, and what is still on the shelf.
How we deliver
01
We map how the operation already runs — not a generic template.
02
Modules, roles, and what go-live must include. One owner on our side.
03
Settings, users, and existing records move in under a written plan.
04
Your team runs it. We stay on the account after launch.
