This page explains what Softstation71 collects when you use this website or send a brief, and what we do with project data once work starts. It is not a slogan. It is the practice.

Softstation71 holds personal data for this site and for the accounts we run. The studio is at House 19, 2nd Floor, Rd No. 5, Benaroshi Polli, Mirpur 10, Dhaka 1216, Bangladesh. Questions go to info@softstation71.com or the contact form.
Only what the next step of the work needs.
Name, email, company if you give it, and what you write about how the work runs. We use this to reply — one owner.
Users, sample files, and operational data you give us so we can configure and migrate the system you asked for.
Technical logs a host needs to keep the site up — address, browser, and the page requested. We do not run an advertising profile on you.

To answer a brief. To deliver and support the system in the proposal. To invoice and keep a record the law asks us to keep. We do not sell lists. We do not rent your enquiry to another vendor. We do not use client ledgers to train a public model.
Hosting, email, and backup providers see what they need to run those services. A subcontractor sees only the slice required for the named task, under confidentiality. A court or regulator sees what the law requires. Your own staff see what you grant them in the system we deliver.
If we move a project onto a client-owned server, that environment follows your rules from the cutover date.
Contact briefs stay as long as we need them to finish the conversation and for a reasonable archive after that. Project data stays for the life of the engagement and the retention named in the proposal or required for accounts and tax. When we no longer need a file, we delete or return it as agreed.
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete what the law and the proposal allow us to delete. Write to info@softstation71.com. We will say what we can do, and what we must keep.

Questions about a project, these terms, or how we hold data — write to us. We will say what we can do, and who owns the reply.
