Terms
These terms apply when you use this website or engage Softstation71 to design, build, or maintain operational software. A signed proposal or statement of work sits on top of this page and wins if the two differ.

Softstation71 is the software house behind this site. “We” and “us” mean Softstation71. “You” means the person or company using the site, or the client named on a proposal.
The studio address is House 19, 2nd Floor, Rd No. 5, Benaroshi Polli, Mirpur 10, Dhaka 1216, Bangladesh. Write to info@softstation71.com or use the contact page.
We design, configure, migrate, train, and maintain operational systems — accounts, commerce, point of sale, warehouse, school, hotel, restaurant, HR, invoicing, and the screens that sit beside them. The exact modules, environments, and go-live date are written in the proposal for that engagement.
This website is information. It is not an offer to start work. Work starts when both sides accept a written scope and a price.
The same four steps we use on every account.
We map how the operation already runs. Modules, roles, and what go-live must include are written down. One owner on our side.
Price, timeline, and what is out of scope sit in the proposal. Changes after that are a written variation, not a chat message.
Settings, users, and existing records move in under the plan. You give access, sample data, and a decision-maker who can answer.
Your team runs the system. We remain on the account after launch for the support named in the proposal — not a silent handover.
Invoices follow the schedule in the proposal. Work can pause if a due invoice is unpaid. Dates move if access, content, or decisions sit with you. We do not promise a result the scope never named — extra modules, extra outlets, or a second country are new work.

You remain responsible for the accuracy of records you give us, for licences you already hold, and for how your staff use the system after training. You must not ask us to copy another vendor’s product, hide a required tax, or store data you have no right to hold.
Accounts on this website or in a delivered system are for the people you name. You keep passwords. You tell us when someone should lose access.
Softstation71 keeps the frameworks, libraries, and methods we bring to every project. You receive a licence to use the configured system for your operation, for as long as fees that cover that licence are current, unless the proposal says you own a specific custom piece.
Your data, marks, and content stay yours. We do not reuse your ledgers, student files, or guest lists on another account.
Both sides keep the other’s non-public information to themselves, except where the law requires disclosure or a subcontractor needs it to do the named work — under the same duty.
Software can fail. Hosting can drop. We will work a fault that is ours under the support in the proposal. We are not liable for loss of profit, loss of data you did not back up, or a claim that exceeds the fees you paid us for the engagement in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability the law does not allow us to limit.
Either side may end an engagement as the proposal allows. On ending, you pay for work already done. We hand over what the proposal says is yours and remove access we no longer need.
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Disputes start with a written notice and a good-faith attempt to settle, then the courts of Dhaka if that fails.
We may update this page. The version on the site on the day you accept a proposal is the one that applies to that proposal, unless we both sign a later change.
