You turn a written scope into a system a night audit can close. Configuration, test scripts, and training on the client’s floor.
You will
- Walk a checklist before go-live — tickets, fees, rooms, SKUs.
- Train the people who will stand there on Monday.
- File what broke, and stay through the first busy period.
You have
- A testing habit, manual or automated.
- Clear notes a second engineer can pick up.
- Comfort in a shop, a school office, or a hotel desk.
